TEDxBerkeley will take place at Zellerbach Auditorium on the UC Berkeley campus. For parking and/or BART information, please consult this page.
Weather and What to Wear:
Berkeley daytime temperature in April is typically in the low- to mid-70s.
Rain is possible – please plan accordingly by bringing an umbrella or weather-resistant clothing.
Evenings tend to be very chilly.
We recommend attendees to dress in layers – with a light sweater, or a waterproof windbreaker, so you can adjust as the weather dictates.
General Guidlines:
No flash photography is allowed in the auditorium.
As a courtesy to all attendees and speakers, please silence your cellphones.
We’ll be following the standard TED practice of encouraging people to mix and mingle throughout the day. Seats can not be saved between sessions – jackets, purses, backpacks, briefcases must all be removed from the auditorium at the end of each session. Everybody gets to find a new seat, and new neighbors to meet, at each session.
