▶ What is the refund policy?

We understand the uncertainty of these times; hence, we will offer full refunds for any tickets purchased up until the week before the event and ticket transfers will be permitted until the day before the event.

▶ Where is Pauley Ballroom located?

Pauley Ballroom is located at 2495 Bancroft Way, Berkeley, CA 94720, on the second floor of the Martin Luther King Jr. Building.

▶ Where can I find parking on the day of the event?

There is street parking available nearby, though we recommend parking in the Lower Sproul Garage, which has elevator access to Pauley Ballroom. More parking locations can be found on the Parking and Transportation website here.

▶ What time does onsite registration open?

Onsite registration will begin at 2PM PST in front of Pauley Ballroom.

▶ What does the day-of schedule look like?

Session 1: 3PM - 4PM
Intermission: 4PM - 4:15PM
Session 2: 4:15PM - 5:30PM
Reception: 6PM - 7PM

▶ After the final session, is there any after-show gathering?

We will be hosting a reception for all attendees at Lower Sproul to mingle with the speakers.

▶ How long does it take to process nominations?

Due to the high volume of qualified nominees we receive, review by the curating team can take anywhere from two weeks to up to two months.
